Oleskiw

 

Oleskiw is primarily a single-family dwelling community, with very few multi-family housing options. Development began in Oleskiw in the early 1970s and completed by 2000. Many homes on the ridge have undergone major redevelopments. Oleskiw is surrounded by the Edmonton Golf and Country Club to the South, the North Saskatchewan River to the east and south, and the Wolf Willow Ravine to the North. The southeast portion of the neighborhood features Wolf Willow Ridge, a semi-private community with newer homes and some larger lots and views to the river valley.
